資料來源：農委會 臺灣的烏龍茶（高山茶）多以臺茶12號（金萱）與青心烏龍等品種茶樹產製；東南亞等國家如越南、印尼、泰國及中國大陸等地，經引進相同品種及製造機具、製造技術，仿製生產所稱為「臺式烏龍茶」，因其茶葉品種及製造手法與臺產相若，因此，不易從品種或外觀與國產高山茶區別。然而，各茶葉產地其土壤中所含元素組成不同，茶葉中的元素種類與含量也因而具差異，故可應用此特性來區別茶葉之原產地。 目前已知元素種類共有118個，扣除人造元素外，其中88個元素天然分布大氣、地殼及海洋之中。各種元素在不同地區的分布存在明顯差異，種植於其上之茶樹，從土壤中吸收各種元素，因此，茶樹葉片中的各種元素含量，...

資料來源：農委會 近年來消費者日漸重視食品來源及安全，對於肉品的來源牧場、飼養環境、衛生安全及品質都相當注重，加上近年為提升貿易自由化，我國積極進行相關區域性自由貿易協定之布局，包括近年熱門的泛太平洋戰略經濟夥伴關係協定（TPP），國內傳統市場生鮮豬肉在進口豬肉全面開放進口的情形下，將面臨極大衝擊，我國農委會已預先妥為因應。 目前國內豬隻約85％以上經由全國23處肉品市場交易，另約15％直接進入屠宰場進行屠宰，行政院農業委員會為強化國產與進口豬肉產品之市場區隔，建立國產生鮮豬肉追溯查詢系統，讓愛護國產生鮮豬肉的消費者，在肉攤購賣豬肉時，即可知道所購買的豬肉來源。...
