日前霸王級寒流造成全台農業嚴重損失，學者直言，政府應盡快建立農產品保險制度。對此，農委會表示，政府於2015年開辦「高接梨農作物」天然災害商業保險，之前已投保農民，在本次寒害所造成損失可獲得保險理賠、政府農業天然災害救助等雙重保障；該會宣稱，經過此次寒害，將持續加強推動高接梨颱風、豪雨保險，盼使農民獲得更多的保障。 農委會指出，該會「農作物天然災害保險試辦補助要點」規定，農民投保高接梨農作物保險時，農委會將補助三分之一的保險費，以3萬元為上限，並請地方政府提供保費補助，提高農民參與保險的意願；為使農民充分瞭解農業保險內容，該會將從2月19日起，針對「高接梨主要產地」加強辦理宣導說明會，...
