蝦類養殖一直是全球農糧系統中的主要糧食供應源之一。海水養殖蝦產業的快速增長引領了養殖系統的創新和集約式生產,同時也對社會和環境帶來負面的影響。泰國多年來一直是全球主要的蝦類出口國家,90%以上的出口蝦子屬於養殖蝦。為了確保泰國蝦農遵循良好的管理方法,政府鼓勵他們按照國家標準進行養殖並取得認證。此外,為實現永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals,SDGs)的政策,特別是第12項SDG目標,要求制定有效的策略,藉以實現更為永續的生產和生態系統,從而建立額外的泰國農業標準。除了產品安全和品質認證外,許多零售商也開始要求對生態友善產品進行第三方認證,...
