農委會將修法要求蓋農舍資格，防農地炒作

  全台農地遭嚴重炒作、違規農舍林立，農委會主委陳保基今天表示，將與內政部共同修訂農舍興建管理辦法，將「實際從農」和「具有農保」列為起造農舍的必要條件，未來修法通過後，在農地上興建農舍的條件和資格將變更嚴格。   立法院經濟委員會今天處理農委會預算解凍案，立委質詢大量農舍非法使用，陳保基表示，今年6月前會研議修訂農舍興建管理辦法，進一步處理農舍違規使用，現在從北到南炒作農舍，已經炒到想要從農的人根本沒有務農空間，嚴重危害台灣農業。   陳保基說，農委會花了一年半時間進行調查統計分析，從民國97年到102年共起造1萬6338筆農舍，其中實際從農...
