Dr. Wan-Yu Liu is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Forestry at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taiwan. She earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Economics from the Chinese Land Economics Research Institute, the Rural Economics Society of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Society of Rural Development Planning.
