本研究回顧日本洗選蛋法規、分級、與訂價制度運作之相關文獻，並透過深入訪談，系統性分析與比較日臺兩國在制度設計、供應鏈結構及雞蛋價格形成制度上之差異，進而提出推動臺灣雞蛋洗選、分級與訂價制度之政策建議。研究結果顯示，日本系統具備三大核心優勢：供應鏈整合、品質分級與訂價之連結，以及強大的政策支持。相較之下，臺灣仍面臨相對偏低的洗選率、缺乏以品質為基礎的訂價制度，以及市場價格波動劇烈等多重挑戰。基於上述發現，本研究建議建立以產地價格為基準之訂價系統；初期先依據洗選後之蛋殼完整度調整價格，...
