Regulations on the Ratio of Equity capital of public –private partnership (PPP) in Vietnam

Vietnam government issued Decree No. 15/2015/NĐ-CP dated 14/02/2015 about the investment in the public-private partnership (PPP) form. This Decree regulated that the ratio of equity capital of investor is not less than 15% of total investment capital or at least equal to 10% of the capital share of over VND1,500 billion (if the total capital of the project is over VND1,500 billion).
