Publishing a book that reflects the beautiful royal in Korea

On June 3, 2015, the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) and the Korea Food Foundation announced that they would publish ‘Jewels of the Palace’, which introduces the Korean royal cuisine from the TV show ‘Daejanggeum’. This publication is to promote Korean gourmet foods and invigorate traditional recipes into modernized ones by utilizing Korean foods that were introduced in the TV show.
