On April 15, 2015, the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) and Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced that they agreed to develop and expand rural tourism program through train trips. This is to pursue continuous development of tourism in rural areas by train trips.
